Please note:
  1. $100.00 APPLICATION FEE (which includes $20 credit check fee plus $80 move-in fee) per person can be paid via PayPal to inna@coutinhoproperties.com (please note that you will be responsible for PayPal fees if there are any). An application will not be processed until application fee(s) is/are paid in full. This fee is non-refundable.
  2. Only US-based guarantor(s) are allowed. Multiple guarantors are accepted. We do accept RHINO as a guarantor - sayrhino.com Coverage amount is determined case by case - please check with the property manager.
  3. Applicant's annual income should be approximately 40 times monthly rent/guarantor's - around 75 times the rent, and have verifiable liquid assets which are 1.5 times the annual rent.
  4. In order to move in, we require first month rent & security deposit equal to one month rent. The latter can be replaced with RHINO insurance.
  5. All payments can be made via wire transfer or by certified check, payable to Choose Property. We do not accept personal checks during the application process.

 

TERMS OF APPLICATION

The truth of the information contained herein is essential and if the aforementioned property deems any answer statement herein to be false, or misleading it shall be considered that any lease granted by virtue of this application may be cancelled at their option. I/We hereby authorize “The Registry” to use any consumer reporting agency, credit bureau or other investigative agencies employed by such, to investigate references herein listed or statements or other data obtained from me or from any other person pertaining to my employment history, credit prior tenant character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living, to obtain a consumer report and such other credit information which may result thereby, and to disclose and furnish such information to the owner/agent listed above in support of this application. Applicant / tenant agrees that notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in any and all cases, if there is an unauthorized disclosure of personal information of any sort, financial and otherwise given at time of application, due to any and all factors,.the owner / broker / Charles Coutinho, LLC / brokerage, shall be absolved of any and all claims, damages of any nature whatsoever. I have been advised that I have the right, under Section 606B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to make a written request, within reasonable time, for a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigation. Our application fee is one hundred dollars, of which eighteen dollars is for a credit report.
